In-House Sales Training Manager

As a critical business partner, Sales Training Manager is responsible for driving productivity through our Road to Success, Beyond the Road to Success, and Smooth Finish sales training processes.
With a significant emphasis on virtual training technology skills, this person will provide high level sales training.
Responsible for fulfilling sales training and leadership development plans for high volume business operations across multiple requisitions through building strong business partnerships with department leaders.
Though sales training and marketing training skills will always be a required component of this role.
Performance Development is the backbone of the correct candidate.
This role will be working diligently with sales representatives, and managers to prepare them for next level leadership opportunities.
Coordinate with multiple Leadership Teams to plan, schedule and provide training for sales personnel throughout your region.
Ability to TO/close sales tables, willingness to take overflow tours, skill set to do Training when needed.
Prepares/Conducts group presentations about our training activities and each graduate s results.
Communicates Company s directions, policies, and procedures to employees in multiple departments.
Help design new training curriculum that identified areas of improvement.
Develops/Performs many other administrative, operational, and technical tasks/activities required to support area results, such as conducting quality assurance and standard operating procedure compliance inspections, analyzing trends in customer comment card information and suggesting/implementing resolutions to any quality assurance issues, creating action plans for trend resolution and measured follow up, and conducting new employee orientation and training at specific resorts.
Special emphasis on technology skills or ability to embrace technology.
Ensures that the compliance of corporate policies, standards and procedures are always met.
Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership role experience Minimum of 5 years of timeshare sales experience Real Estate License when required by state law.
Customer service and quality fundamentals, MS Office.
The ability to communicate effectively in verbally and in writing.
The ability to motivate and mentor staff.
Must have thorough understanding of all aspects of timeshare sales transactions.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and motivational skills.
Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
